'Twas My GOD
BY:Amanda Lynn Crooms

T'was my GOD that made the august sky and to look upon this marvelous work with my unworthy eyes is so wonderfully great because I know my God makes no mistakes.
He has cast me even unto my mother's womb and made me a promise that he'll be back soon!
T'was my God, and yours too, who made the august sky and he was sent down to earth live and then, but once, to die.
He knows your heart and every thought that goes on in your brain and no matter how difficult the storm you go through his loving hand will always sustain.
I shall say it once more and continue to sing my praise unto the LORD, who by his wondrous grace, saved my soul from a terrible place.
And then from bondage set me free from the cuffs of sin that once held me.
I shall sing forevermore the song that in my heart he's stored.
There is none melody such as this that calls my LORD a bliss, that rings up through my heart and soul and keeps them from becoming cold.
There is none such GOD as mine, almighty, great, and powerful, for t'was my GOD, and your GOD too, who made the august sky.
